Wedding Photography Prices & Packages
We offer three kinds of wedding photography packages
1. Wedding Weekend Photography Packages
For celebrations with multiple events. This option is for you if you’re hosting a Welcome Party, Farewell Brunch, Rehearsal, Rehearsal Dinner, Excursion, Tea Ceremony, Mehndi, Sangeet, or other wedding weekend event where you’d like photo coverage. Great fit for destination weddings in the US or Abroad.
Weekend packages require a custom quote based on what you have planned. When we give you a quote, it includes our travel costs. Wedding weekend packages start at $12,000.

Full Day Wedding Photography Packages
For weddings that are essentially one big day, or just one day you want coverage of. For 50-300 guests. Can include one or two photographers, typically 8-10 hours of coverage. Full day wedding packages start at $7500.

3. Intimate Wedding Photography Packages
For smaller celebrations, typically 2-50 guests, not full day.
Intimate wedding packages start at $5000, or $4000 for non-holiday weekdays in Michigan.

Every wedding includes:
All your final images delivered as full resolution, industry standard JPG files—typically a minimum of 100 images per hour of coverage time.
Drone photography where local ordinances and weather allow.
Libby and/or Caleb as your photographer and editor. We don’t hire associates. You work with us and only us. (We take a limited number of weddings each year to make this possible)

Wedding Weekend Packages Include
At least one full day of photography. This is typically the wedding ceremony day
One or more additional events. Like your rehearsal dinner, welcome party, farewell brunch, or even a couples portrait session at your destination—your photo schedule
Two photographers for the entire weekend, Libby and Caleb
Hands on assistance while you are planning: including logistics, photo location research, permitting, rain plans, family and group photo list creation.
Our expertise planning and creating your signature images whether your vision includes a pristine landscape like the Rocky Mountains, an historic city like Prague, or a unique place special to your relationship, like the site of your first date or proposal
All photographers’ travel costs for your location. No extra fees ever.
Wedding Weekend Packages are a great fit for destination weddings
Your friends and family might never be all together in one place like this again. Capture photos of the entire weekend so you can relive it whenever you want.
Because the possibilities for wedding coverage are endless, all wedding weekends require a custom price quote. Destinations will have our travel costs already factored in.

We have found that standard packages don’t work well for wedding weekends. Instead, please inquire about your wedding and we’ll send you a detailed price quote.
Wedding Weekend coverage starts at $12,000 for two consecutive days with two photographers.
The two factors that most effect the price are:

(We include our travel costs in your price, and we live in Western Michigan. A wedding weekend in Chicago, for example, will be close to our starting price, whereas the average wedding weekend abroad will be a bit more)

How to work with us
Step 1: Inquire
Inquire today by filling out our contact form, and we'll get back to you right away with our availability for your date, as well as a detailed price list.
Step 2: Consultation Call
We’ll send you a link to choose a time for a 15-30 minute phone call with Libby. You can ask any question, no matter how random, and there’s no pressure to make a decision on the phone. The goal is simply to determine if we’re a good fit for your wedding.
Step 3: Book Online
After the call, we’ll email you your quote: an online portal where you can choose your package, sign your contract, and pay your 25% retainer on our secure site.
Once you’re signed and paid, you’re booked! Your wedding date (and any dates we require for travel) goes on our official calendar, and we will turn away all other inquiries for your date(s).
